Hello and some new years resolutions

A big Hello!!! to all my makeup crazy readers…Well I have been missing in action for quite a few months now. You have no idea how much I missed blogging. And I am really sorry for disappearing off the radar like that without any prior notification..the thing is  I never really wanted to take a break. Its just that I didn’t have time at all. Since the beginning of 2012 is literally the only time where I am at one place for more than ten days and when I haven’t been working crazy hours.

The last six months went by in such a whirlwind of activities. I was lucky to get the opportunity to visit some very beautiful places. And I also managed to sneak off to meet the boy at his school a few times (shhh …don’t tell my parents ). Staying in guys dorm is an experience in itself…it was a lottt of fun to be with him after so much time J

I have practically been living out of a suitcase past few months..so I am thinking I will maybe do a post on the makeup I carry while travelling ( and I can spot my 2 suitcases still partially unpacked..i have to get down to unpacking those!). I also have a few haul posts in mind…I have discovered few amazing products last year..so I will shower some love on them in upcoming posts.

At present I am in the very windy and very cold city of Chicago. US is like a makeup and beauty wonderland for me.  I swear..I can spend hours just browsing the aisles of Walmart, target and Walgreens. And I love Sephora soo much…I seriously have to fight the urge to not go to one every weekend. The first day I reached US , in spite of not sleeping a wink tor 24 hours I made a beeline to Sephora as soon as I checked in . Rows and rows of beautiful makeup..it is heaven I tel ya!

Do you make new years resolutions? I love the whole concept of new years resolutions..Although I don’t remember ever following one

Anyway here is what I hope to do in 2012

1-   Post regularly and introduce a few new features to the blog…im very excited about getting back to blogging :D

2- Travel to a few amazing places ..On my list London , Paris and Goa

3- Get my bum into a B school.  I have been wanting to get an MBA from a good school since a long time now..i hope it happens this year.

4- Get that aforementioned bum back into shape…I have to get rid of the extra kilos  ( I am ashamed to mention how many) tht seem to have found a permanent home in my body

5-  Learn how to dance well…I waddle like a duck on the dance floor.

6- Learn to invest in the market..to make more money so tht I can shop more :P
